Rare today to find this quality of service. Jim was first to respond and was able to be on site within a day of calling. Arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and was able to complete repairs within 15 min. Actually brought parts with him he might need (and one of them was correct). Very impressive, quality guy. Will recommend him to all our neighbors and to anyone else who needs appliance repairs.

James correctly identified the problem, got the part delivered quickly and made the repair for less than his estimate for the scope of work. He was pleasant and personable. He worked hard from the time her arrived until he left. I am sure if there were an issue that he would return to make it right, but I doubt that will be an issue. I would definitely hire him again.

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with James! The level of customer service that he provided is, unfortunately, rare these days. Within minutes (literally) of submitting my request on Home Advisor, James was at my door ready to take a look at what we needed. After being VERY patient and flexible with some crazy scheduling needs, he showed up promptly, discussed with me exactly what he intended to do, and then got to work. In the end, the work required less time than expected and James actually adjusted the invoice to reflect that difference. Top-notch, friendly, professional.
