Write a ReviewCustomer service by most was good. The issues we had were: on the initial visit the expectation we had was that they would diagnose and review every part of the dryer to determine exactly what was going to be required to fix it. We were told it was one item they gave us the quote we said move forward, when they came out and put that part in they said something else was wrong and another part was needed, we told him to move forward on the third time they came out they said all the wires completely disintegrated! Would one not think they should have been easily able to see that during the first visit?! If we would have known that the total cost repair was $480 (after their 50.00 removal due to the issues) which was higher than what we paid for in the dryer in the first place we never would have gotten it done. Additionally when we called during the third week and explained are concern and our need the unprofessional or empathic response was "do you know what a dry cleaner is". oh by the way I did forget to mention on top of that $480 we had to pay an additional $80 at a laundrymat. When the company asked us "how we would rate them" I listed all of the above but I also said if knowing all this from the customer's point of view how would you rate yourselves? I hope by their reflection of this customer experience will help them learn from their shortcomings.
I would highly recommend Bear service. My dryer was a problem child that had many parts replaced and then replaced again due to a blown circuit breaker. They stand behind their policy and came out 4 times until everything had been properly addressed. They are on time and courteous and are pretty fast at scheduling service. Overall nice guys who do good work.

Tech arrived on time as promised diagnosed and fixed my problem in a few minutes. As courteous and polite. Will definitely reach out to this company again should I need service in the future.

The technician was more interested in getting the service fee (just to get into the house) and leave than finding out what the problem is and fix it. He was here for about 15 minutes, and told me that the control board was bad and a new one would cost $300 plus labor etc. He recommended me to get a new dryer since my current one was 10 years old. He collected the fee and left. I searched online after he left and found three videos showing people how to fix the exact same problem with the exact model dryer as mine. I watched the videos and ordered the part (the heating element) on Amazon. It costed me $25. We followed the videos and replaced the heating element. The dryer is working fine now. I can't speak for this business as a whole as this was my first experience with them. But I can say that this technician was more of a scammer than anything else. I will never do business with them again.
