Called me within 5 minutes of submitting my request. Arrived within 1/2 an hour of that and was done in less than an hour. Very nice and very efficient. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. Price was very fair for the service provided.

Arrival timing-good, knowledge of Freezer to be repaired-Excellent, Pricing for service completed - IMHO a bit high. The Upright freezer had been moved two times and on the second occasion had lost some Freon that needed to be replaced. This was the service I requested and was preformed, but I felt the extra time the technician spent after the job to double check his own work made the job a bit expensive.

James was exceptionally professional and went way beyond the call of repairmen. Washing machine was old and could not be repaired, but James contacted a local appliance dealer and found me a reasonable replacement with features close to the one I had.
