Came out same day and diagnosed problem, gave an accurate estimate and ordered parts. Parts installed a few days later. Prompt, friendly and professional. Thoroughly satisfied.
He diagnosed the problem with my oven from my description. A part had to be ordered. The part had been backordered. The delay was not his fault. But the part did arrive and his employees repaired my oven which is working just fine.
COURTEOUS. ON TIME. PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. My refrigerator fan was making horrible noises. After requesting contact through Home Advisor, I was immediately contacted by Bear, and was told I probably had an icing problem on the fan, and that the fan would need to be replaced. I gave the serial number of the fridge right then and there there, and was told the part would be ordered -- I thought, wow! This is efficient. I got a call from Bear the day the tech was to come out, telling me the part was not yet in, but that they thought they had better visit to address de-icing the unit before the fan broke completely (so I was aware they were going to have to come back another day). The technician came, and was very courteous and prompt. He de-iced the fan (as suspected, that was the problem). Unfortunately, when re-assembling the back inside panel, he put the parts back in incorrectly. I could not get the shelves back in the fridge -- so could not put any food away! I called the technician back (thank heavens for re-dial), and he returned quite sheepishly to my house very quickly to fix his mistake. The fridge (and shelves!) then worked fine. When the part came in a week or so later, I was debating whether to get the fan replaced now or not, since the fridge seemed to be working normally. But their recommendation had been to change it anyway, in case a blade was damaged (which would mean a failure down the line), so I decided to follow through with the replacement to take advantage of the second service visit's being free in the time frame allowed. When the same technician came to change out the fan, he only charged for the part and labor on his second visit -- no second service fee (because this was within 30 days of the original visit), also as promised. Bill payment was by check -- and I received the receipt by email. Altogether a very pleasant repair experience (with only one small glitch.)
James was prompt, knowledgeable and repaired our dishwasher in a half hour. I will definitely call him in the future!

He called ahead of time. He was on time. He was courteous. He worked late on Thanksgiving Eve to get our refrigerator running. He explained likely future problems, but didn't push to have the work done. I couldn't have asked for more.
