Nice people and quick to respond and get onsite. However this project did not go so well. On first visit they replaced the ice machine motor. Fixed the problem but it stopped working after 2 weeks. Came back and said they needed to fix something else but would cost double the original amount paid. This was frustrating.
June 5th~They came out to look at my dish washer.The guy was soooo nice! He told me i needed a part and we would have it 4-5 business days. I waited 2 weeks and texted .The part was backordered and it would be a week more.~ I asked to be kept in the loop. I was told NO that they were busy and just back from vacation I need to check back July 3rd ~ they come to fix the dishwasher BUT he can not find the part in his vehicle. July 5th ~ they put the new part in and the dishwasher was still broke. Apparently they misdiagnosed and there was another issue. I was told I wold be refunded for part July 5th to August 15th I had to call every few weeks to beg for my refund. It was finally received at the end of August. I am disappointed and confused. They have gotten consistent good reviews~why was I treated with such poor customer service.The reviews talk about Ben. I never came in contact with Ben.
I didnÂ’t have the repairs done because of my budget but I appreciated BenÂ’s honesty about the repairs needed and would call them for future repairs needed.
Timely
Very prompt and efficient. I needed a part and the technician had to leave for another job. Instead of coming back the next day he picked up the part needed after he finished the other job, came back to my home and replaced it. Great customer service on their part!
Hired them to work on mom’s old range. I don’t live in this state anymore, so I was happy to find a pro who showed up on time and was willing to work on a 15 year old appliance. Thanks, Ben!
Electrolux washer repair under warranty. Lenny arrived early (after alerting us that he was ahead of schedule), went right to work diagnosing the problem and removing washer panels. His analysis was impressive as was his technical skill. We were very impressed with him and with the company's communications/scheduling.
Honest assessment of the issue and service
Showed up early. Fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Couldnt ask for anything more. Great job.
