I called James early in the morning and within two hours, he called me back. After discussion, he recommended we buy a new microwave because the one we have is 11 years old. He also said he could get it for me if I wanted him to. He gave me a verbal proposal to install the appliance. After purchasing it ourselves, I called the number he gave me and the CSR made an appointment for the next Monday. The appointment was for between 2 and 4 PM. James showed up at 2 PM. He was very courteous, professional, wiped his feet upon entering my house and went to work. After the installation (he also took away the old microwave), he charged me what he quoted me which was very reasonable. He explained the registration and warranty info. I would indeed call him again if I needed appliance help. Also I asked him for his business cards and will pass them around to my friends. I noticed also on his business card that he is an electrician.

He was polite & very knowledgeable. We had complete confidence in him. He stopped on his way home to help us. Unfortunately, the cost of the refrigerator part did not warrant our fixing it. We now have his name on file should we need another appliance repaired.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
