He diagnosed the problem over the phone. He made time for us on the day of the call. He is really personable, professional, no nonsense, and knowledgeable. He fixed the machine so quickly, replaced a part that we had mistakenly replaced because another repairman had recommended it, and his charge was very fair. I forgot to ask about the 30% off labor coupon because I was so happy, but that was my fault. Also, he deserves all of labor cost for making time for us today. Thanks James!

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
