James is amazing! Knows what he is doing, works quickly and gets results for a fair price. A pleasure to have him in our home. Very professional and personable. He took apart our 20 year old clothes dryer as if he were the one who invented it! It needed a part that he had in his truck. We'll definitely have him back.

James is very personable, knowledgeable and know exactly what the problem was. He had the part in hand when he walked In the house. Was willing to come after hours before the Holiday to take care of the problem. Will definitely use again if needed. Great young man!

Jim's customer service was very good. He responded very timely and showed up on time. My problem is this... what he charges is out of bounds! I had a 3 year old ice maker not working. He came and was in my home for about 45 minutes. In that time he diagnosed that the water line was blocked. He cleared the blockage. He used no new parts, just his time. He charged me $85 just to walk in the door [service call charge is normal and I expected that] but then he charged another $80 for the labor! In my past experience the service call charge included at least 30-60 minutes of labor. Total charge to clear a blocked water line = $165. Nice guy but I'll shop around and make some calls next time.
