I got a response within minutes of requesting service. James was able to get a repairman out to our house first thing the next day. The repairman Mostafa was knowledgeable, efficient, and showed me how to fix the problem with my garbage disposal myself next time. Will definitely call them again.

Not that I know much about refrigerators but I feel as though the fix was a reasonable price and they split the cost into 2 payments. They were most certainly the least expensive company for a service call in this area. Customer service was great and the technicians were pleasant and professional as well. We actually had an ice machine go down at the same time so we had them fix this also. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of an appliance diagnosis/repair. They meet all the criteria: reasonable price, timely responses and quality work. We'll be using them for any future needs.

Steve came over and fixed the problem with my 10 year old clothes dryer in about 20 minutes and it has been working like a new clothes dryer ever since. He did such a great fast job I offered him a tip but he said he would not take it but he was glad he found the problem and fixed it. I am 76 years old and this was the best service call that I had ever gotten in my entire life for anything. True Story.
