The only downside was a misdiagnosis on which part was needed. So a 2nd part needed to be ordered thus creating a longer resolution time. All’s good now though - thank you.

In time of dire need for my dryer to be repaired, This company came through and saved my sanity. On a less than three year old Samsung top of line dryer, which I have a 5 year extended warranty on through "Gerhards", the heating element went. It took 4 days for Gerhards to send a repair person who determined it was the heating element and didn't come with a part. He than said it would take a week to get the part and have it installed. To keep my sanity, I called Bear Service who picked up the part and installed it the same day! Lesson learned!!!!
