They came looked at the issues and made a recommendation. They diid not try to selll me anything and were very honest with their recommendation.

They were punctual and did a great job. Even though their estimate was a little higher, I was certainly glad I hired them and it was well worth it. I would highly recommend them. The crew was friendly and I could tell they were working hard without cutting corners.

Were friendly and quick to respond. Had a delay in getting permit completed which threw off me having to reschedule a delayed delivery of bobcat to work on front yard. They compensated me for this which was great Cust. Service. Took all plants out and replanted almost exactly. So far work has held up and we have been satisfied.

From consultation with foreman before beginning project, start of project and during project to completion was executed professionally and timely. All questions was answered satisfactory and exact without any lingering uncertainty. Any requests made was acted upon without any hesitation. Assurance of future assistance needed was guaranteed. Office was efficient in scheduling and confirming appts. or any other matters. I would highly recommend JES.

This company delivered - I found that they will work with you $$ if you are committed to the work to be performed. They did provide professional results in the stabilization work I had done. Straight forward pros. They will be the only choice in any future work.

The Lifetime guarantee is a lie!

Chris was very pleasant and thorough in his explanation of the product. After our initial meeting I had called him a few times b/c I was still feeling a bit unsure of whether I wanted wall anchors or carbon fiber straps. I had been reading a lot of different things online and had also heard things from another foundation company - all of which left me very confused. Chris addressed all my questions very confidently and knowledgeably and I felt more sure of my decision. After the work, any issues that I spotted were taken care of immediately. I was happy with the service I received from the inspector, however I informed the foreman to call me 30 minutes prior to leaving so I could check the final job before they left and he never did. Therefore I could not question him about the non-replacement of the the 2 by 4's that were removed when the drainage system was added to the basement floor. I was only informed they would not replace the drywall.
