Nearly three years ago, I asked JES to install a waterproofing system around my basement (in 2016). After they did this, there was no further flooding or leaking of ground water into my basement. In addition, the dehumidifier makes the whole house smell fresh.

Technician Zach B. did an excellent job of explaining the needed repairs and what caused the problem. Zach was very courteous and thoroughly answered all my questions and was very professional. He completed the repairs in very prompt fashion and made sure that I had no questions before he left.

Excellent work, which was performed during the hottest days of summer that we have experienced for 2019. Heat Index was approximately 106 for both days. The waterproofing was completed quickly and exceeded our expectations. The crew which consisted of Matt Bowen, Triaquan C., Terrell F., and Ethan T. , were professional and courteous. Great Job!

jared whitaker was team leader. the entire team ( Corey Elmore, Brooks Harris, Johnathan Garcia & Mike Price) were very professional, courteous, timely in the work, and caused almost no disruption in my office as they completed their assigned tasks I would highly recommend them for any foundation or water runoff control project assigned to them.

Everyone I dealt with in identifying a cause of settlement and correction were extremely professional, from the engineer who explained the issue so I could understand, to the installation team of Alex and Jose, and the billing and office staff in getting the final inspections completed. I would recommend this company to anyone needing foundation or settlement repairs.
