JES Foundation Repair

We had water seepage in our basement from as high up as 10" off the floor during rainstorms. We could not finish the basement without attending to this problem. A crew of 4 showed up, cut a 12" wide channel in the concrete floor, dug down below the foundation footing and installed the drain system. I knew the process and asked them to change one of their materials(white pvc pipe instead of the corrugated pipe)which was no problem with them. After two years, we have had no problems with the pumps or the installed drain...it's working perfectly!

We had Evergreen brace about 80' of basement wall and install a drainage system for the entire basement. The salesman was great and price was fair. The job was scheduled for 4 days, on day 1 they got a lot of work done and it looked good, I was impressed. However, the next few days very little got done and the workmanship was not as I expected. When the problem came to the owner's attention he came to the site himself with a new crew. They redid just about everything, and had everything done in 2 days. We had a deadline which they worked very hard to meet it. I am very satisfied with their work. They more than made up for the early problems.

The work was top notch and completed in less than 2 days. They also have Engineers as Project Managers who explain the process and available options (and prices depending on scope). Highly recommended.

Very fast customer service with organized staff and knowledgeable workers. This was the only company to offer me a video and step by step instructions on each phase of the job to be completed!

The results were amazing. There were some scheduling problems, but overall we were very pleased with the service and the people we worked with.

They came and installed the push piers as planned. The workers had a great deal of difficulty as they said that our footing under the wall was very bad quality. They did the job and were able to level the sun room and so we were pleased. The brick work continued to crumble very badly. We had a few masons come in to give us an estimate on the brick work (not included in the estimate above). It turned out that the brick was not foundation but only skirting and so was not supporting the sun room at all! The sun room was supported by beams and brick columns. We had JES come back and they moved 4 of the piers to the support columns and left one in the ground. In the end the work was OK, but we were very angry because the original recommendation was not appropriate to the job. They should have checked under the sun room rather than assume what was wrong (we are not engineers!)

Every thing went very well. The work was done on schedule, and everyone who worked my house was very professional. I can recommend JES without reservation!

They came over earlier than expected and finished way before time allotted. Was very pleased with work. Will continue to carry there information in my pocket in case I need there services again.

Arrived on time. Provided expert advice on my problem. He did not recommend repair at this stage.
