JES completed the job before schedule. And with a clean up that was top notch.

the first group of workers who arrived were unresponsive to my concerns and treated me in a dismissive manner. Once my complaints had been communicated to the central office, things improved greatly and the work was completed in a satisfactory manner.

Sales, office and work crew personnel were all very responsive and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and clean up was satisfactory. I will have to wait and see if it corrects the problem as we've never had flooding, but seepage through the block behind the dry wall in our finished basement along two walls. Check back after we/ve had some rain. I am cautions as we had to replace dry wall in the rooms and the tile and all fixtures in the bathroom including floor.

I was very pleased with the service rep from JES construction co. He explained to me the problem and suggested who I should contact. I was very grateful for his advice. Thanks again.

The process from appointment with Gary to confirmation and professionalism of the crew who performed the work were outstanding. I would have no problem endorsing this firm for their area of expertise.

Worker very professional, sales person professional during presentation of product. I did not like the way sales person and manager handle issues that were outlined in contract that they could not provide. When I tried to contact sales person and manager in reference to issues it took several days and several call before I could reach them, when they wanted their money I had no problem reaching them, they called me wanted their money before the job was completed.

The only problem I had with JES was an offered discount that was only valid when the estimator came to do the estimate. I liked getting the discount, but I disliked the pressure to make a quick decision.

There were times when communication was poor but all in all they pretty good.
