The work went okay but at the end of the job when they were paid they didn't complete the work until we called them back out to finish. They didn't re-pour the concrete. It took about 3 or 4 calls to get them to come back out and finish.

They were very professional.  They answered any questions I had.  I would recommend them.

Workers called before arriving to our house. They arrived on time and immediately went to work. They explained the entire process to make sure we were on the same page. They entered the tight crawl space to do the work. They had to dig three holes, load them with stone and cement, and install the jacks and beam. The work was scheduled for two days, but they finished in one. They were very clean and respectful of our home and property.

I was contacted by Brian from JES as to my concerns with the above issues.  He made an appointment with me and we reviewed the work in question. A new crew was sent out to make corrections and adjustments.  They did an excellent job and made the repairs in a very professional manner.  I was very pleased with the final results.

I noticed cracks in the sheetrock over the corner of several door frames and windows.  There were doors which would jam when I tried to close them.  The floor on one side of the house was noticeably lower (space between floor and bottom of the wall; space between the kitchen counter top and the back splash).  You could release a marble on the floor or kitchen counter top and it would roll to the outer wall.  I was very concerned for the viability of the house.  There were also cracks in the outside cinder block foundation wall. I called JES Foundation Repair and they sent a certified foundation inspector to come to my house.  I explained everything I was seeing and he did his own "do diligence" by inspecting inside and outside.  We sat down and he told me in detail what his analysis was and what would be needed to address each issue. The next day at his office, he reviewed his findings with other experts and came back to me with a plan for repairing the crumbling outer cinder block wall as well as shore up the foundation to preclude additional issues. The JES crew was very professional.  They went about the work quickly and efficiently.  The outside cinder block wall was reinforced with concrete, a concrete under pinning was poured, and twelve push piers were driven down to bedrock.  As the push piers were installed, I could actually see the gap between the floor and wall closing until they were flush.  The space between the kitchen counter top and back splash was closed up to its original configuration. After the crew  had completed all work, they cleaned up the site.  Both my wife and I were very happy with the results.

I still have the problem so they are coming back out to see what they can do to fix it.

The construction crew was on time and worked very hard to preform the task of digging the holes for placement of the four supports.  The crew was very polite and the crew leader answered my questions as well as should me how the technique worked.
