JES Foundation Repair

The entire JES operation is class act. From the quote, to contracting, to the installation - everything was smooth and professional. The installation foreman (Jessie) was great, and his crew Kenian, Alex, and Will were hard workers. They were all friendly, and everything was completed at or above expectations with no issues. I've hired JES twice. You might find cheaper contractors for foundation work, but you won't find better!

Had small cracks in corner of my dining room. JS came out in early 2015. Then in December 2017 crack got bigger, called Jess, they came out, made things worse. Could no longer close exterior door or open windows, those were not problems prior to Jess doing work, and was told by Eric they would no longer be doing warranty work. Also tried to force me to sign another contract. Would not recommend them at all. Check other references. I wish I had. I'm getting no answer from Mr. Waltz which I've left several messages. All I ask for is to fix my house which is what I paid them for.

From the estimate to job completion, we were kept fully informed of what the work would consist of and any risks to what was proposed. the two concrete lifter workers, Kade Monell and Jordan Cook, did an excellent job of making sure that if anything they were doing might not be perfect, they would call me in to be sure I approved of how they intended to proceed. The work exceeded my expectations.

JES does quality work and stands behind their products. I found this company to be forthright, honest, courteous, productive, and extremely competent. At each point of the process, they took the time to explain the procedures thoroughly and apprise me of updates to the their work. After all the work was done, they did an exceptional job of cleaning up the work space. JR Walker, in particular, is a standout employee of JES. He is kind, caring, informed, patient, and skilled. JR stayed on top of the work being done, spent lots of time making sure that I understood exactly what was being done to my basement and why. He did an amazing job of following through at every step to keep me informed and to ensure that everything was being done to perfection. JES and JR are truly represent not only the best in reliability but in integrity. I would without hesitation recommend JES hands-down as THE company to go with for any basement work that needs to be done.

This company saved me thousands of dollars and did a fantastic job re-leveling my pool deck! It took quite some time to get on their schedule, but it was more than worth the wait.

Work will not be done for another 2 Months. Have to hire electrician to put in dedicated circuits for sump pumps and plumber to move the laundry sink.

I encountered some minor issues which were quickly and efficiently taken care of by Karen Shackley, Joe Campbell, Carpenter Team of Elvis and Melvin, Todd Simmons, and the Manager in Manassas Brad Hibbird. Job well done, TEAM JES.

Nathaniel of JES was extremely helpful and courteous. He inspected my sagging floor joists (my house is 100 years old) and told me my beams were fine and that jacking it up would do more harm than good. Very refreshing to find an honest contractor who won't recommend things you don't need!

I haired JES to encapsulate my three separate crawl spaces under my house. It was a tedious job, but the three gentlemen from the Salem, VA office were dependable hard workers, friendly and well-mannered, and most importantly, were knowledgeable and experienced at encapsulating crawl spaces. There were able to communicate effectively and took the time necessary to do a thorough job without cutting corners. I am extremely pleased with their work. I highly recommend the Salem, VA team of William Draper, Keinan Hambrick and Alex Wilson. They are exemplary workers and employees who exceeded my expectations.
