JES was very responsive and provided a thorough estimate of services and products offered. The work I require is at regulated by an HOA, so approval is needed prior to work being performed. If and when the HOA approves I'll follow up with an update on the actual work.

Of the seven crawl space repair/water mitigation companies that bid on this job JES was BY FAR the best prepared, most professional, most helpful, and had the widest selection of possible "fixes" to my situation. They were not the cheapest and I seriously considered going with a different competitor--until I did the background research on the companies. I particularly appreciate how helpful these guys were, particularly Russ Nagel, in suggesting various alternatives and talking through and thoroughly explaining what could be done and what needed to be done. If you want cheap, go with cheap. If you want total, friendly professionalism, I highly recommend JES. I would certainly go back to them in the future.

The work crew showed up on time both days, did a good job and were polite. There was some mess left under the house, but overall the work was done correctly and in a timely manner.

They are professional and do excellent work. I would recommend them.

Tried to shift time line around to suit company. Told need 2-3 days in between but office tried to do work to complete earlier than scheduled and tried to complete next work the next day. Told them no then the workers called the next day to do the work.

Excellent customer service!  JES called to schedule an estimate almost before I could finish requesting it on-line, and called with reminders before visits by the estimator and crew.  The estimator and the work crew came on time and called about an hour before arriving each time.  I appreciate the estimator providing all information the day of his visit so I didn't have to wait for the estimate or follow up paperwork.  The installation work itself took 2 days, one week apart.  Footings were dug and gravel laid the first day, with concrete and jacks done the second day.  The crew worked straight through with only a break for lunch both days, and it was brutally hot the second day.  They went the extra mile by reserving AND spreading some excavated dirt in some low spots beside the foundation, and did a great job cleaning up, even rolling up the garden hose.  They installed 6 jacks under the main support beam, and from its lowest point, I believe they raised the floor about 1/4 inch.  Hopefully this will prevent additional cracks and nail pops in the walls and ceiling, and keep the hardwood floors from shifting any further.  They also installed a cross beam and jack under the kitchen island space to support a future stone counter top.  Kevin and his crew were great and he was exceptionally friendly and professional.  The price may seem a little high, but I researched and couldn't find another company in my area that installs jacks on footings.  I feel that having the concrete footings will be a more permanent solution than having jacks sitting directly on the soil.

JES sales reps are extremely good at what they do, so if you call them, expect to hear a hard sales pitch and be prepared to make decisions on the fly. Cost came out to be higher than I expected, but quality of work was exceptional. Took crews 2 days to completely insulate, waterproof, and encapsulate my crawl space. Crawl space is beautiful now. Some minor cosmetic damage was caused to foundation parging, but JES gladly reimbursed me for costs to repair. All in all a good experience and my electrical/HVAC bills are down roughly $100/month (likely synergistic with outdoor temperature levels).
