I would highly recommend JES! We had our basement waterproofed by JES after it leaked following heavy rains. From the first step of getting an estimate to the final walkthrough of the completed job, the experience was smooth and pleasant. Every individual I communicated with and/or met at JES was professional, responsive, kind, and easy to work with. We had a 1yr old running around our house and the job was completed with no disruption to our day or routine. The job site was left clean and tidy and the work was done well. Before hiring JES, I met with a couple of other waterproofing companies and found JES' cost to be comparable, but their transparency and clear communication to be better. They were straightforward in their estimate and took the time to explain the job - one that I found confusing and complicated - clearly so that I understood everything entailed in the work. Our experience was great with JES! And, again, I would highly recommend them for anyone else needing waterproofing work (or other services) done!

My JES team, David Smith and his crew, did an excellent job with the installation of supports under my house. By day's end, I could tell a different in the integrity of the flooring. They also installed a vapor barrier as moisture and water drainage was a concern. They communicated the process throughout and even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Underneath of my house looks amazing. The work is well done, neat and clean.

The entire process from initial inspection to work on the project was great. The crew (Kyle, Tiger, Mike and Victor) were courteous, professional and very hard workers. Even thought I felt they were a bit pricey, I would use them again and recommend them to others.
