The work was done to satisfaction. There were some communication issues that were resolved. Installation teams were pleasant, professional, answered my many questions with great patience, and left the work area clean. Time will tell how the floor adjustment will hold and work. The crawl space dehumidifier has already made a huge difference inside the home.

Professional, knowledgeable, curteous... from office, to sales, to crew. A job well-done! My husband underwent emergency open heart surgery during my install, and Evergreen went above and beyond to accomodate me. We even got a call from the owner to see how he was progressing. Now, that's custome care!

I think they were overpriced. The quality was fine. They were very responsive coming out, but they failed to meet the deadline and we were late for our Christmas party. They were professional.
