JES Foundation Repair

The service JES provided was excellent. Hopefully I won’t have to hire again for this house, but I would 100% use them again if needed.

Took over 6 weeks to complete job properly. They had to send a different crew twice (after they thought they had finished job and requested final payment -prior to inspections) in order to correctly complete job and even the electricians had to come twice to install dehumidifiers/ light properly to pass code. The door to one crawlspace fits poorly and is difficult to remove and replace. The workers/ office personnel were very pleasant but it was very frustrating that it took so long to have the work done properly.

worste experience of my life they dont follow codes or get permits. they have no experienced mason to repair foundations or walls they had to hire third party to fix my house they destroyed with nailing foam board to blocks. if you have had this done check your foundation bet you have crackes joints and blocks. they refused to give me my deposit. job started nov7 2019 as of today 05212020 crawspace is a worse mess than ever and incomplete. they said they were gonna refund deposit then call and say i owe them money.

It took them over one month to get to the project. After they claimed it was completed, it was obvious, they missed one-third of the crawl space. It took two more months for them to get out and get that completed. Further, the quote that they initially gave me for the entire job did not include the other one-third of the crawl space that they claimed could not be accessed. There was a second access door that that section that was pointed out to their salesman initially, but was totally ignored. It took three plus months to do a job that I had another contractor complete on a similar project in two weeks. The quality of the work was also not up to the standards of the second contractor on my second project.

This went incredibly well! The crew of Brandon Epps, Raymond Jackson, and Laurel Williford we’re professional, skillful, and friendly. They were a joy to work with.

It took two tries almost a year apart to get the work done. Don't know why they dropped the ball. Second try was great. Quick inspection/estimate. The crew did exceptional work to raise and stabilize my concrete front porch and sidewalk.

It went very well. Roberto's team came in, very respectful of our home, and work hard each day efficiently and completing their work in a week. The french drain going across the front of our house looks great! The foundation has been stabilized and cracks in our walls either gone or minimized. Roberto, Alan, and Jose worked extremely well together making huge accomplishments each day. They needed to repour the concrete slab on our front porch. The slab is beautiful! That was not luck. They waited long into the evening to ensure the slab was smooth and level! A dedication to perfection! When they were finished, the property was cleaned up, our side walk put back as it originally was (in some places better than it was).

Perfectly , tech's explained everything and were professional and did a very good job. Would use them again.
