Electrician called to tell me the time he expected to arrive. He asked about the call from Home Advisor earlier this morning and I explained what had happened. He explained the work he had to do on the ground fault outlets and also did some troubleshooting on the electrical panel.

The work went well and was done efficiently. However, I found the initial service rate (just for coming to project) concerning. Perhaps they might rethink that as it is a bit much.

I felt very comfortable with the installer and my decision to go with the company. They came out right away and gave me a mid-range bid. It was messy work since they had to cut out part of my ceiling to accommodate a bigger fan than the one they replaced, but they did an excellent job of cleaning up. I was very impressed. I am considering some more electrical work in my home and I will use them again.
