A scheduling snafu resulted in my original appointment never actually getting scheduled so I called in frustrated that no one had arrived. They apologized and managed to get an electrician to me the same day, just a few hours after the original appointment.

I have now used In-House Electrical for 2 projects & just hired them for a 3rd job, a complete electrical panel replacement. I couldn’t be happier with their communication, professionalism, & availability all the way from the office personnel to the electricians. Brian has come out twice to do my jobs & he is a breath of fresh air. Breaking things down so we understand exactly the problem & price with no “Hidden” fees popping up. Corey gave me a free estimate for our panel & displayed the same passion for his work & pride to make sure we are taken care of & comfortable with how things will precede. All of the office ladies have been exactly like Brian & Corey. Highly recommend this family owned company.
