On the first visit, Patrick and Lucas were running a bit late and called to let us know this. They quickly evaluated the "items" on list of things to do, completing those that they had the necessary materials for with them. They offered several suggestions as to how and where we could wall mount a TV in the kitchen. At that time, the scheduled a return visit for later that week to complete the other projects, including moving the comcast connections for the TV. THey are both friendly and accomodating professionals. We are totally satisified with the work they completed and would hire them again.

I had an exhaust fan on an automatic timer and it would not shut off. Lucas contacted me immediately after I contacted servicemagic. He and his partner arrived on time the next day. They were professional and funny. They asked where the "timer" was located. I didn't know there was a timer. They quickly determined that the fan had a timer, it was l located in the furnace room and someone flicked on the override switch. I had to pay $148 to have it clicked off. I'd still hire them again.

They did great. Worked fast and fixed all my issues. One thing I wish they had been more proactive on. They removed 3 fixtures and replaced with new different fixtures. They didn't bother to ask if I wanted to clean the wall since the old fixtures left marks on the wall that are visable. The fixtures are out of reach and now I have to look at the marks and wonder why they didn't ask if i might want to clean off the wall while they had their ladders up? Duh? Common sense please?
