Literally an hour after papers were signed to sell our home, an outlet went out dragging my kitchen and dining lights with it. In a panic I reached out to several companies and they responded immediately and were out to my house within 2 hours!!!! It was a quick fix but more so I received peace of mind that it wasn't some massive job that would cost thousands. I would absolutely recommend this company and I don't do that very often at all. Mine was an emergency and wasn't a cost issue due to it needing to be fixed for our buyers of our home.... they knew it and yet I was not taken advantage of.

We hired In-House to upgrade wiring on our recently purchased home. The house is 110 years old and had only partial electrical upgrades. In-House got the job done on schedule and at a competitive price. They don't offer all the bells and whistles that some of the other folks out there offer with the fancy marketing packets about financing options and a quote generated instantly on the iPad (in fact, they write it out on paper with clear descriptions of the full slate of work in an easy to read format), but that extra stuff comes at an extra cost built in to their daily rates. That whole "full-service" option may be what some folks are looking for in terms of peace of mind, but for me, the primary goal was getting safe wiring upgrade completed by an experienced, licensed electrician in a reasonable time frame. In-House delivered on that and communicated well through the process, ensuring that our new house is safe and up to date.

Fast & friendly. Executed the task clean, efficiently & with good quality. The cost was over priced for the simplicity & time spent on the job. The electrical inspection was not scheduled even after a couple follow-ups. Eventually the office called to see if i was interested in scheduling the work for another quote I had received, & on requesting again was when they finally scheduled the inspection. Overall poor service but quality of work is guaranteed!
