When I called In-House, their secretary was kind and helpful. She got us scheduled right away. Their technician that came for a quote was fast and professional. We decided to hire them and are pleased with the work. They installed a ceiling fan in our master bedroom. The fan is centered and there was no damage done to the fan during the install (this was a common complaint for the fan we picked). The price was comparable to others. Very glad we selected In-House.

The original estimate was $500 for 4 hours labor. The electrician that actually did the work was here for 2 hours and looked at the original estimate and charged us $543 (tax added). We called in-house and the manager agreed to lower the price to $387. They charge for the job and not the total time which seems unfair to the customer.

John was the electrician who came to look at our electric panel. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly and even said that HE would sleep better knowing me and my family were safe. He explained his work, answered all of our questions and was kind to our, occasionally barking, dogs. I would reccomend In House Electrical Services to everyone.

Branden was very professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, gave great service. Would contact them again for service. I had a issue with my circuit breaker tripping, Branden did a through review before replacing the breaker, I know have peace of mind.

We ran across an existing wiring problem when trying to add a light above the tub in the bathroom (60-year old house, not surprising.) They (In-house) have worked tirelessly, going circuit by circuit in the house to identify and fix the problem. I can say that all 3 electricians that have been dispatched have been very knowledgeable and truly have my home's safety and my satisfaction in mind with all the work being done.
