12/06. I am somewhat satisfies with the work of Definitive Electric but they realy caused an unnecessary delay and complications to my schedule. Marc was to run electrical cabling from my garage to my patio to hook up my hot tub. After having my hot tub repair company come out to determine why my hot tube wasn't working we determined that Marc hooked up the tub improperly. The service visit cost me $100. Marc came back a few weeks Iater to fix the problem. Tub works fine now. I had to fill and empty my tub several times as a result of this mistake and the outcome took longer then necessary. They were prompt and best of all, prepared to do the job right then. In less than a hour we had our wall unit heater fixed and a new thermostat installed. We are pleased to recommend them and in fact, have hired them to hard wire the lights on our new Sunsetter awning.

They did good work. They called to express interest without doing a hard-sell, came out when they said they would, did the work well, and seemed like very decent fellows. I was quite pleased and have referred them to a friend already.

In-House/Lucas Alonso did the work very professionally and I would hire him again in a minute. He even lowered the price from his bid because the work took less time than expected.

This is an old house, it was difficult to wire in areas that were covered or in out of the way places (like a dusty dirty attic). The electricians were great sports about it! They did a very professional job.
