Write a ReviewGreat customer service. Very honest and upfront
Very nice and took their shoes off before entering.
Prompt, professionsl, expert service.
Prompt, professionsl, expert service.
Very professional. They ran into some trouble so they had to charge more money then the quote, but it was done right.
I requested service on line and within a minute I received a phone call from In Home Electrical. I was given a one hour time window later the same day but was advised I would get a call if someone could come earlier. I did get a call and received an earlier time. The electrician who arrived was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to trouble shoot my problem in about 30 minutes and had everything corrected in under an hour. The house was left tidy when the work was completed. Fantastic response, fantastic service!
Returned my call quickly and promptly showed up to the job.
Great customer service and work The employees were very professional.
Very professional and personable. They called me after finishing a previous appt. and asked if they could come earlier, which worked out great. They were able to fix all my switches under the $189.00 trouble shooting fee...and resolved a wiring issue behind my stove at an additional cost....saving me $700.00 in a re wiring project. They were careful with the stove and flooring. Cleaned up all of their mess as well as behind my stove. I had mentioned that I thought the previous owner had done some of the electrical. Brett let me know why the outlets weren't working and what he did to fix them, which I thought was helpful . I would not hesitate to contact them again . Also would like to say this is the second time I have used Home Advisor and have been happy with both companies that I have worked with
I called In-house after the first contractor failed to contact us back. When setting up the appointment I thought it was just to have an evaluation. But apparently it was communicated to the Technicians as a work order. That was my only negative with the service, but in reflection I was quoted a flat rate per install over the phone. So I think I will chalk that up to mental confusion on both sides. The two that came were very good natured, fast, efficient and professional. We had 3 old bathroom vent fans removed and then new ones installed. They were done in an hour and half and took away all the old stuff as well as the boxes and debris. I had ZERO clean up and ZERO trash/debris to deal with. I mentioned that a Family Friend had done the 4th fan for us and that we had to add a junction box for the new fan. They confirmed that it was done correctly to code and there was no fire hazard. Gave me a quote on outside light replacement and contact info on a handy man service for some other jobs that I need help with. The pricing for our project was slightly lower than the average for our area. I am so pleased with the work and the lack of having to deal with cleaning up after. I have recommended In-House Electrical Service to my co-workers already.
