Patrick was on-time, on budget, and did excellent work..I recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work in their homes.

They came out, they did the job, and they were very cheerful and friendly while they did it. It was relatively inexpensive - they told me upfront what their troubleshooting fee was, and that's what they charged me. They fixed the few issues that needed to be repaired, and it was done in a matter of a couple of hours.

Work done well, quickly, no cleanup of any mess made by installing new fixtures.

5.0 Kelly H. Seattle, WA

these guys are awesome! Patrick was helpful, professional, understanding, and all-in-all a pleasure to work with. The estimate that they gave us was reasonable and they stuck to it, even though the job took 2 days instead of one and the condo unit they were rewiring had a few "quirks." Highly recommend these guys! Will use again!

They came to fix the wiring problems I had, when their testers indicated that everything was working it was assumed the work was done. Later I found that 2 outlets were not functioning, they made a quick appointment to come and check it out and solved the electrical issues my house had, fast and professionally.

We live out of state and manage apt building from our home. We haven't met John in person, we did spoke with John over the phone. So to rate the work we will not know his work until we see on May 4th. I would like to resubmit an actual rating after I view his work. His price was a bit more than we would have paid our other electrician, but we were in a bind.

He was very timely, and did excellent work. The charge was right on budget. He had to go out to buy parts and install them, and ultimately fixed more than we had anticipated, as some of our electrical problems were connected. I would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends.

Scheduled to show up when I was avaliable, did the work quickly and quietly, cleaned up the mess. I would use again.

Very good service and very courteous. I would not hesitate to call In-House for any future needs.

5.0 Tony C. Marysville, WA

I heard a crackling noise in a junction box and called In-House. They were at my house within a few hours and Patrick had the problem fixed in almost no time. He also corrected another minor issue while he was here. Fast, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. I hope I don't have any other electrical problems but if I do then I will call In-House again.
