The electrician never showed on first appt. Rescheduled for 1 week later and this time a different person showed up on time. The work performed was done in a timely manner, but the quality was sub-standard - sheet rock for bathroom fan install had to be patched w/caulk, as it was cut out incorrectly (very unsightly); slider dimmer switches were installed upside down; and Smart TV wiring installation had to be completed by me. I would not recommend this service to anyone and will not use again!

I appreciated that the electrician was very knowledgeable and immediately understood how to tackle the work. The city inspector said the work performed was of excellent quality. If there is one spot for improvement, it may be with communicating the delineation between what is the company's responsibility and what is the homeowner's responsibility. I was left with holes in my ceiling and I was uncertain who was supposed to take care of that. I didn't mind taking care of it myself, I just would have appreciated that clarification. Other than that minor item, they did a high quality job. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

InHouse Electrical was very responsive. Adam came out the day after I put in the request. He gave us a quote and we asked him to complete the work. He came back in 3 days and completed the work. There were issues as our house is 55 years old. Adam did a great job diagnosing the issues and helping us understand the options we had. In the end we have 8 new and well installed kitchen lights and we are very pleased.

Technician was friendly & polite. After listening to my discription of the problem, he got right to work troubleshooting the circuits. Don't remember how long it really took, but it seemed like only 30 minutes had gone by before he emerged from the basement saying he was done. He explained the work he'd done to fix the circuit problem as we looked at his work. I will use In-House Electrical in the future.
