Write a Reviewthey do what they say they will.
I was quite impressed with their work. They charged a fair price too.
Superior customer service and ability to communicate. Alex was a great technician and wad able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. Highly recommend this service provider for all of your electrical needs.
Ryan was very professional and helpful. He explained what was needed and why for each major item.
I searched for over a month on my own to find an electrician who wasn't booked out 6-8 weeks -- no luck. We had a project that had electrical implications that kept us from moving forward with all the other work. I went through HomeAdvisor and selected In-House Electrical, choosing an appointment, indicating that I wanted to begin the work on that date as well as receiving the estimate. The reason I only gave 4.5 stars on Customer Service is that, even though I selected a slot and requested that the work start that day, I was contacted by their office prior to the appointment and told that it wasn't their normal policy to do so. I was confused because the booking system clearly asked me to make a choice and this information was counter to the choice I'd made. Hearing this development, I then had to make a choice... called the carpenter (who I'd also searched for in excess of a month) and cancelled the appointment I had with him and had to reschedule, losing 3 weeks because he had no appointments for us to change to. What choice did I have really? When Brett arrived (on time) to provide the estimate, he asked when I wanted to start the job if I accepted the estimate. I told him about my having asked to start the job that very day and how things had gotten miscommunicated... he went to his truck, completed the estimate, I accepted it and he was able to start immediately, after going to Home Depot to pick up supplies. Sadly, I probably could have kept the appointment with the carpenter because Brett was able to complete all the work for the kitchenette that the carpenter would have finished -- he finished the remaining work in the bathroom the following day. The only possible hitch would have been a wall cabinet that will house a microwave because it would have had a hole cut in the back to accommodate the outlet but it would have been installed directly over the area that an inspector might have needed to check. And I'm still waiting on the inspector. Not In-House Electrical Services' fault but I don't feel comfortable having the carpenter in now until that inspection is complete. And I cannot speed that up at all. I appreciated the availability In-House Electrical offered. Their prices were similar to other estimates I'd gotten. I'd recommend their services if you're looking for electrical work in your home.
Costwise, they were competitive with other electricians. The tech that did the work appeared to be knowledgeable and competent.

They have diagnosed the electric issue in my home, but they charge huge bugs to look into issue
great experience will use them in the future.
Quick to provide estimate, stayed right on the estimate, did the work in an orderly manner.
