Electrician was excellent. However I would not use them again as it was too expensive you this small a job, Also I would recommend a senior discount be provided,

Not pleased at all, high prices for what was done, they didn't clean up after themselves, and kept trying to charge extra at every turn. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The work team showed up on time, asked lots of questions, and cleaned up beautifully. To pull wires, they needed to make a number of holes in my drywall which they filled in with the drywall pieces so I wasn't looking at giant holes until I could get it repaired properly. They also made sure my switches matched in color (ivory vs. white), which I appreciate. In addition to this work, they noticed something in my circuit box that was a fire hazard and quickly fixed it. (Really, thank you for that.)

Overall a good job upgrading and moving electrical panel. Very reliable, did what they said they were going to do for he price they said.

Ryan Tapp was very professional and courteous. He showed up early than expected and yet identified the problem in a timely fashion. Ryan quoted me fairly and made sure I understood the process involved in determining the root cause before leaving. Lastly, Ryan took the time to give me some ideas on some future electrical task within my home as well. Overall great service at fair price!

The property is a rental and I am an out of state landlord. I can only truthfully base my review on the customer service provided.

5.0 David C. Snohomish, WA

Scheduled job promptly, fair bid, arrived on time to do the work. No upselling, but I had a few questions about additional jobs, and possible costs. I appreciated the prompt professional service!

Company was very responsive to request through HomeAdvisor and contacted us proactively. Came to our house and spent 10 minutes to tell us we needed a 110 outlet instead of the 220 v. that we had for our outdoor waterfall/water pump. Said it would be too expensive to switch out. Cost for visit, $243. Way too expensive for what was provided. Hate to see what they charge to actually do work.
