solved the problem in one trip. My only complaint was that he replaced a circuit breaker, which was included in the cost, however when I inquired if replacing another was included he said he would need to go buy one and that would amount to a considerable up charge. Hard for me to believe in that well equipped van, there was only one ARC Fault breaker. Otherwise, all is good.

Brett and his co-worker were professional. They determined that the thermostat was the reason why the heater didn't come on. They installed a new thermostat and now the heater is working fine.

Ryan and Jeremy were on time and professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and got right to work. They installed two outlets in our new wood floors and were extremely careful. They also moved the thermostat, added additional outlets, and installed lighting in our kitchen cabinetry. They were careful to keep messes to a minimum and put everything back in place up when they were done. Great job.

They were ontime and very professional. In the process of fixing an outlet they discovered the outlet in question had aluminum wiring. They checked my Panel and discovered 3 other potential aluminum wiring issues. They were able to work around the issue and fix the outlet. I am going to have them come back out to give me an estimate to correct the other electrical wiring in my very old home.

They were ontime and professional and they got the job done. I only rate them low on the value because they were onsite for less than an hour and they still charged the full $200 for the visit. There should be a discount when the work is a simple fix.

This electrician restored the electricity in the room and found what the plumber who had caused the electrical outage had done to cause the problem.
