Very professional, not cheap, but good job.

They were very responsive to our initial call and came out right away to provide an estimate. When we scheduled the date for the work, they came back in a relatively short time frame. It would have been better customer service to provide an explanation as to what happens next with the electrical inspection; for example, what will be inspected (breaket box, conduit, hook up at the hot tub, whether or not to fill in the trench, etc.).

Prompt, courteous. Thoughtful in discussion of the work, felt he gave the best advice based on the project. I feel satisfied that this company is honest and gives good value.

They were really prompt and the guy they sent out handled a laundry list of things I had saved up. He cleaned up well and was very courteous. I would use these guys again - no surprises.

I got an appointment the day after my initial call. Brett correctly diagnosed my problem, loose connections in two outlets, replaced them quickly to my total satisfaction. Also provided estimate for a future project. Pricing was fair and the technician was very pleasant to have in my home. I'll definitely recommend In House Electric.

On time, pleasant, did what needed to be done and didn't hesitate at climbing up into the attic which is dark and full of insulation. They charge a flat rate rather than an hourly with a minimum. Only quibble was that t hey gave me a window of from 8 am to 1 pm and I had to adjust my schedule to be home at 8 Am but they did not come until 11:30 and only notified me a half hour before they showed up.
