The men doing the work didn't bring a copy of the job contract and thus had to return several times (3 or 4) to complete all of the work I'd paid for. The work done was sloppy, unprofessional, incomplete, and in several instances not "to code" (illegal/incorrect). I still waiting for the promised permit, though I finally have a copy of the permit application.

The electrician was super; speedy work; nice demeanor; had all the necessary supplies to replace a flourescent light with a traditional ceiling fixture and came to do the work the very day we called.

WE STILL HAVE NOT PAID, BECAUSE THEY STILL HAVE NOT COME OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEMS. THEY LEFT A STAIN IN THE CARPET WHICH WE ARE WAITING FOR THEM TO TAKE CARE OF. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS AT ALL.

The electrician they sent to us was timely and a real nice guy. The only minor problem we had was in adding a light switch. He made the hole in the wall too large. He spackled it all up and fixed it, luckily we happened to have a partial bucket of the custom paint color. He was very apologetic and came back the next day (Saturday) on his own time to finish everything and said he would do whatever was needed to fix it to our satisfaction. Something like that could happen to anyone and we were impressed that he went out of his way to make it right.
