I received a call back from both Patrick and Lucas within minutes of entering my project on the website. Patrick diagnosed the problem over the phone, scheduled a time for the repair and called before to say they would arrive within 15 minutes. Lucas arrived on time and completed the project in a very short period of time. I am very pleased with their recommendation to solve the problem. Amount quoted for the project was the same. Lucas was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. I will definitely call upon them again!
