While preparing my home for sale recently, I had an extensive list of tasks I needed completed that really ran the gamut: from painting, drywall & electrical to trash removal. They all go the extra mile for you. It is evident that they care about their work from the quality of the results. Another great thing about Cedarbrook is their consistent accessibility: (this is essential & yet seems to make Cedarbrook a unicorn among PNW contractors) CJ is actually reachable & always responds quickly to inquiries. He also uses the Rivet app, so you can track the progress of your projects in real-time. Their pricing is extremely fair & reasonable. Lastly, & this is lovely-he & his employeesâ attitudes are always upbeat & cordial. Thanks to CJ & his team, my house was on the market for a mere four days. It looked like eye candy when they were done. I was proud to show it off & hand it over to the new owners, knowing that the work that had been done to prepare it for them was solid.
