I would recommend In House to everyone and am definitely using them for future projects!!! Lucas came today to give me a quote on installing an electrical box in my fireplace for a gas insert. The quote was very reasonable and he started doing the job right away. He found that he didn't see something until starting the job which extended him an hour or so past his original time assumption and also added to the labor. He didn't add any charges to the original quote. Lucas was also helpful in helping me troubleshoot future electrical issues without trying to sell be a bag of goods.

This contractor was on time--actually even a little early! He was polite/respectful to the tenants where the work was being done. The work was done very well, expedient but thorough. I'd use them again!

The electrician arrived on time and was very friendly. He troubleshooted my problems right away and offered alternatives for some of my electrical problems. He was very knowledgeable but needed some guidance on some minor decisions. He solved all of my problems except for a 3-way switch problem, which he diagnosed improperly. For the price I paid it was very good work. I will use them again in the future.
