I had multiple installation jobs. An estimator came out and reviewed my situation and provided a list of estimates for all of the items that I was interested in installing. He was on the proactive side. It took a couple of times to get my appointment set due to the fan that I ordered being late, then me being late. Getting rescheduled had a speed bump, but we got past that. While they weren't the lowest price on my fan, they were on installing my lights, and they did seem the most knowledgeable as to what the issues would be for the fan in my condo, notably a hall in the wall for the top floor, which they kept the circular piece of wall for another company to use (the recommended Wall Doctors), but multiple holes in the ceiling should I put one in on the ground level. The other company's idea of how to do the install - using a smoke alarm for power - did not make sense. My installer showed up on time. I had a couple of lights to install as well. Dan worked quickly and efficiently and was very courteous. Unfortunately, one of the lights required a bigger box than the light it replaced did, but Dan came back the next day to do that, no extra charge. In summary, In-House Electrical does excellent work and their installer was courteous and efficient. I intend to hire them again.

I had an electric heater that wasn't working, so I called In-House Electrical. Scheduling a time for an electrician to come out was quick and easy. Everyone involved in the appointment was very helpful, and I got clear itemized estimates of all costs before they were incurred. However, as the electrician was leaving after fixing my thermostat, I went up to verify the issue was fixed and discovered the heater itself wasn't working either, which the electrician should have verified before packing up. Once I pointed it out the electrician got the heater replaced and now it works like a charm.
