After having cockroach infestation the night before, I reached out to Bulwark to ask for a quote. It was a good experience to be able to talk to someone about the treatment plan, and they were able to get someone out here as soon as possible. Shout out to Vincent Alderete for coming out and helping us out and giving great customer service! He asked what was going on and was very attentive to help us find a solution to get rid of the roaches. Would recommend to our neighbors!

Vincent Alderete was amazing. Cleared out all wasp nests and spider webs in the front ands sides of the house. Unfortunately we were not home at the time and he could not get into the back yard but promised to come back when we were ready to get the back yard and inside taken care of.

We had had service with Bulwark for about 6 months and everyone they come out it’s amazing customer service! But this time we had Carlos Bustante who went above and beyond! My wife had seen some spiders and asked me to call to schedule something, so I was as not home when he came by but my wife said he was amazing and answered all the questions she had! He made sure everywhere she wanted sprayed was sprayed! He was very personal and took great care of us! Next time we have service, I will try to request him!
