Mike called me within 10 mins after my listing on HomeAdviser and came out the same day to do an estimate. After 3 other companies called/came to do an estimate, we chose Mike and GE Tree Service. They are very knowledgable, explained it all up front and and got the tree and debris taken away the same week.

When I received a quote, I was told the job could be done that week or the next week. When I called to let them know I wanted the company to do the job, I was told it could be done by the following 2 days (which I thought was great). Four business days went by, nothing was done & I wasn't contacted why there was a delay. When I called on the 4th day, I was told the job would be done the following day. I said if it wasn't, I was going to another company. The job was done, but the shrub trimming didn't look like a professional did it. It looked more like if I did it myself.

We pair up our small jobs or squeeze them in as we can unless there is a customer deadline, which there wasn't . As for the project the customer wanted, it involved very damaged Junipers to be very trimmed way back & cut low below a window. I recommended that they be removed, because of their poor condition & years of neglect, I know from experience, you can't cut them back because they will always look terrible, she didn't care, couldn't afford to remove them, We trimmed them exactly to where she wanted them, after fully informing her of the outcome, Junipers will always look horrible if over cut. My reviews reflect that I do inform & care.

Had a price within 24 hours, best of 3 bids, and work completed within a week of the original visit in one days time. Removed 4 large Cottonwoods hanging over fences, neighbors and houses. Job well done all around. Thanks.

Very promptly returned my phonecall, and came out to give me a bid. Took a while to get an appointment after receiving the bid, but work was completed quickly and efficiently, and all the mess was cleaned up. Would definitely recommend GE Tree Service!
