Cassie was really great. She asked for the necessary information to be able to exterminate and did not just randomly do it. She sprayed thoroughly in all affected areas and then asked if we were satisfied with her service or if we needed anything else. Very professional

Joel Amaro came out for my initial appointment. He took the time to explain what he was going to do, he made sure that all the pets were not outside and stayed indoors till the service was dry, he wore the little bootys to make sure my floors stayed clean, and then when he was finished he walked me through what he did and then gave me clear instructions on what to do if we see any ant piles, wasp nest or etc.....pop up between treatments. I will be continuing to request him for every service in the future.
