Tom was patient and thorough in treating the inside and outside of our house. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and he answered all my questions. He obviously has a high level of expertise for his profession. As promised, he has come out in the past to apply spot treatments where ants and roaches have been particularly stubborn. He always communicates before coming over, and he treats us and our home respectfully. We would recommend Tom to anyone for thorough, professional, considerate pest control service.

I have been using Ian as my exterminator for quite a while and I recently asked that he be the only one to do my extermination service. This says a lot in itself. He knows the history of issues I have had in the past and asks me if any have re-occurred. He is polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and just does an overall good job. He is even trying to befriend my crazy dog! He explains what he has done and always asks if there is anything else I need. Thank you so much for having such an exemplary employee!

Jacob Gutierrez was awesome. I showed him my areas of concern. He listened to my concerns and did not rush me. I asked him to change out my sticky pads as well and he left me a couple of extra ones as well. We've been with Bulwark since 2024 and have not changed yet.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
