Spiders inside the house have been eliminated. Was told face plates would be removed and sprayed into. Did not really happen. Was told the attic would be sprayed. Did not happen. Original call was for carpenter ants. Those never went away. Lawn service man said to remove the mulch in the flower beds up against the house as carpenter ants feed on that. Why did not the exterminator tell me that? I gave Bulwark 3 stars because the spider problem in the house is gone. Will give them one more chance to do a better job, otherwise they will be fired.

Stephen was very knowledgeable , professional, and on time with schedule oppt. Stephen was able to go over with me first with any concerns I had before the treatment. Stephen went over great detail with the treatment I was going to received. I can say I’m pleased with the company Bulwark in training their employees to do a great job and to look out for other signs of problems I might have in the future.

Samuel has been very persistent working to rid my outside walls of wasps. I have had 3 treatments this week and did not see any activity on last visit.
