Had the pleasure of being serviced by Alexis Lopez, was very friendly from start to finish, very knowledgeable about the type of insect I might be dealing with and what he would be doing to ensure he could help us with our insect situation, insured me that if the problem persisted to not feel bad calling back that they defiantly care about treating our home. I would defiantly be calling back and asking for Alexis for any extermination problem I might have.

A tech had to come back out the next day after my service was done. Bulwark sent Deacon Burns ! I cannot say enough about this man that does him justice!! It was such a pleasure meeting him! He listened to what I needed. Walked my whole area in front and back. Removed a snake for me on top of all the excellent work he preformed!! I HIGHLY recommend him!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable

Per our scheduling request, our pest control technician from Bulwark, Chris Filoteo, contacted us 15 minutes before his arrival so we could situate our dog indoors. Once he arrived, he reestablished the barrier around our home. He even went through the trouble of checking our wooden play structure and removed some wasps nests. Even though we had not scheduled indoor service, Chris was gracious and spot treated several indoor locations. Thank you for your attention to detail, courtesy, promptness, and professionalism.
