Tom at Bulwark is THE BEST! I switched from a different company to Bulwark due to unreliable service and couldn’t have picked better. From initial communication(Sunday) to followup emails and calls (Monday), to pricing, to scheduling, to my first appointment (Thursday)…everything was seamless and efficient! Tom showed up and was extremely polite and knowledgeable about all things pest control. Treated the inside exterior and outside of my home all the while paying attention to details. Didn’t rush through it as our prior company did, when they showed up. Recommend HIGHLY!

I had requested a one time spray and Edward Morales delivered! He is prompt and kept me in the loop the entire time. He reached out to let me know he was on his way and once there he answered every question I had. He ensured to care for my belongings and was incredibly thorough. He even spotted a few budding ant hills and took care of them for me. Definitely a good experience and I’ll consider him and Bulwark for all future pest prevention needs!

Victor Valadez was the technician who came out to help tackle the ants in my daughter‘s room. He was so professional! He was not only on time but actually a few minutes early and he made sure to triple treat the pests to ensure my scared little girl wouldn’t have to worry about ants in her room anymore. We appreciate Victor coming out on the same day that we called. Thank you.

Brian at Bulwark was amazing. Found ant beds I didn't even know were there, but also was able to find a slight leak on the side of the house and actually fixed it! He was extremely kind and professional.
