Chris Smalley came here today to check my rat baits! He is such an amazing guy and tech!! All I have to do is text him and he makes sure he gets to me and my family!! He even calls the office for me if I can't. I have been with Bulwark for many years and love the company because they always help but by far Chris is the best!!! I'd like to give a shout-out to Jordan Roberts, Service Rep with Bulwark Exterminating. Jordan was friendly, asked us if there was anything special we needed done, then told us what he was going to do, then went to work. He did a great job with spraying all around our house and also the storage building in the back yard. He also treated several ant beds. Great job, Jordan. Thank you!

John Dwyer Jr was very informative and listened to my needs from the initial phone call to day of service. He explained what he was doing and saw the problem areas I mentioned and made sure to focus on those. Very accommodating with scheduling and letting me know ETA. Happy with the service received this far and hope to see the ants disappear after this initial home treatment
