Lorenzo was fantastic! He was extremely friendly, professional, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure every area around our home was taken care of. He even knocked down 11 wasp nests and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and safe. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. We had our regular quarterly pest control visit today and our technician, Charles S, had texted me but I didn't see it because I was on a virtual call. He'd tried to access the yard as they always do but noted there were locks on the gates so he texted me (which I also did not see due to aforementioned call). When I finally saw his messages, 8 minutes later, I frantically ran out front in fear he had just left altogether. But as I opened the front door, I could immediately smell the scent of the organic product y'all use and saw him at the truck. I profusely apologized which he said wasn't necessary and he informed me that he'd gone ahead and taken care of the front and was giving a few minutes before leaving. I really appreciated his patience with that scenario and that he'd made use of his time to ensure it wasn't wasted and that at least what he had access to had been treated. Thank you, Charles!!

We had our home serviced today and were very impressed with Lorenzo Prude. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to spray the perimeter, treat several ant mounds, and clear away wasp nests and spiderwebs. It’s great to have a technician who is proactive and pays attention to the details. We really appreciate the hard work and the peace of mind. We highly recommend Bulwark!

Cody came right out and re-fogged for mosquitos, as it rained the day after the last fogging. Very nice and personable guy. AND he always leaves treats for my fur babies.

We have been using BULWARK for our food pantry about 4 years now and their tech Jacob G. has been the perfect part of our experience. He is always friendly, on time, and great with explaining things so we dont have any questions or issues. I really hope he remains part of our pest control team for many more years.
