Rashawn Watson was our technician. He was very personable and caring towards all of our concerns. He made sure to check extra avenues and put pheromone traps in problem areas to make sure all ends were being tended to. Very professional and and would 10/10 recommend this technician.

I've been a customer for 2 years. Michael Cantu has been providing the service at my home for much of that time. Bulwark and Michael are always on time and ask for feedback and information on any problems we might be experiencing before beginning to treat the perimeter of our home. Bulwark insists on complete customer satisfaction and encourages communication between treatments in the rare case something might come up between applications. I'm very pleased with Bulwark's service and can't say enough about Michael's professionalism.

With an unexpected infestation Michael and the Bulwark team responded immediately and thoroughly to take control of the problem. We have a person at home with a severe allergy to stinging insects. They empathized with this concern and sent out Michael same day to address the problem. Michael spent over an hour treating all possible entry points and the source of the issue. I would recommend Bulwark highly. Very responsive and incredibly friendly and detail oriented technicians like Michael.
