Every single time I've called these folks, I got a quick, professional, helpful reply, followed by a sooner-rather-than-later visit to the house. More important, every technician (3 different ones so far, most recently [3-Jul-24] Chris Smalley) has been knowledgeable, informative, no-nonsense, and professional. And what I really like is the meaningful, understandable explanations, and intelligent, adult answers to questions without the usual sales pitches. I know it sounds trite, but at this point, I just wouldn't go to another pest control company. - NL
