We have used Bulwark for our pest control for the last 8 years .This month Michael Perez was our technician and he did a great job and was very thorough.

The Pest Control Tech was professional, friendly and even pointed out a loose drain spout that as a homeowner I needed to attend to. He explained everything that he intended to address. He did introduce himself but unfortunately, I forgot is name.

Ian is very thorough in checking the entire area for pests, nests, and anything else that might become a problem. I appreciate his professionalism and detailed communication before arrival to see if I’m having specific issues or concerns, as well as after the job is done so I have a detailed report on his findings and what was done.

Ian is awesome. He’s thorough and ensures that he asks questions to understand what insects/bugs/pests I’m seeing and need help with. He really easy to get a hold of and responds quickly to my asks (which is really important because of my work schedule).
